How much will my repair cost?

The inspection is $80, and you can pay it online when you book or over the phone when we call you, whichever you prefer. After we've diagnosed the machine you get a fixed price for the repair, and nothing happens until you approve it. The $80 comes off that price if you go ahead.

How long will it take?

Most machines are back with you in about five days from when they reach the workshop. Drop-offs at St Peters are quicker than posting because there's no transit time at either end.

Do you repair my brand?

We repair Breville, De'Longhi, Nespresso, Sunbeam, Gaggia, Saeco, La Marzocco, Franke, Wega, Necta and Eversys, along with most other makes. We're also the approved extended-warranty repairer for Harvey Norman, David Jones, JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys and Bing Lee. If your brand isn't listed, call us, we almost certainly still handle it.

What if it isn't worth repairing?

We'll tell you, and we won't do the work. Your $80 then becomes credit toward anything in our refurbished machine range, so the inspection is never wasted money.

What does the warranty cover?

Repairs are covered for three months.

Do I have to post it, or can I bring it in?

Either. Our workshop is at Unit 21, 2 Bishop St, St Peters, ten minutes from the airport with free parking, open Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. If you'd rather post it, we send a prepaid label and cover the freight both ways, anywhere in Australia.

Do you repair commercial machines?

Yes, cafés, offices and restaurants. Commercial jobs are quoted individually rather than through the $80 domestic inspection, so call (02) 9516 0333 and ask for the commercial team.
